What do we use instead of sugar?

Instead of sugar we use Monk Fruit. Monk Fruit is an Asian fruit from China that tastes like sugar but doesn’t have the bad side effects. Monk Fruit has zero calories and doesn’t raise blood sugar! Not only does Monk Fruit not have any calories, it also has zero carbs and zero fat, it is also used as an anti-inflammatory!

What do we use instead of wheat?

Instead of wheat we use almond flour. Almond flour helps keep everything moist and delicious! Almond flour is also gluten free! Almond flour has a sweet, buttery taste and it contains a good source of vitamin E and magnesium. Almond flour is low in carbohydrates and high in fiber, this means it will not raise blood sugar as easily and it will help lower cholesterol.

What do we use instead of dairy?

Instead of dairy we use almond milk and coconut oil. Did you know that almond milk actually has less calories than cows milk? Almond milk also has no saturated fat and cholesterol, as well as having the same amount of calcium ad cows milk! Almond milk is also good for skin completion due to its high levels of vitamin E, as well as being low in carbohydrates almond milk is a super food! As well as almond milk we also include coconut oil, coconut oil is also a super food with lots of lauric acid to boost immune systems, it also has lots of MTC’s (medium-chain triglyceride) to help improve memory!
